In this episode, I sit down with Brendon, a missionary who served in a Muslim-majority region of Asia. We explore the highs and lows of connecting with the local community, the challenges of language – where even knowing one local tongue wasn’t always enough and the importance of empowering locals in disciple-making. Brendon also shares how he learned to collaborate with people who were ready to step in, even if they weren’t the most obvious choice, and reflects on the slow, patient work of making disciples for lasting impact.
Multiply Movements is empowering many dedicated believers. We believe that every follower of Jesus is called, equipped, and instructed by God to make disciples. In 2023 alone, we facilitated over 50 coaching sessions for emerging leaders and helped launch more than 40 micro churches.
