Meeting in Homes Procedure
The purpose of this Procedure is to ensure that where reasonably possible steps are taken to ensure people are safe when meeting in Multiply Movements Homes.
Risk Management Procedure
Outlines a process to help Multiply Movements to properly apply risk management to all risks and incidents that may have the potential to cause injury and damage and associated costs for our Church.
Accident / Incident Reporting Procedure
Outlines the purpose and procedure for reporting any accidents which occur during organised Multiply Movements Activities or classes. Multiply Movements is committed to enforce all health and safety guidelines to avoid such occurrences and expects employees to comply. However, accidents are sometimes inevitable. Our provision in this case is to ensure all accidents are reported timely so they can be investigated properly and preventative measures can be reviewed and reinforced.
Reporting Harm / Suspicion of Harm Procedure
It is essential to report any suspicion of harm to ensure the protection of all persons associated with Multiply Movements. This includes all persons of all ages.
Reporting Sexual Assault Procedure
The aim of this process is the safe reporting and management of any instances of sexual assault occurring in relation to Multiply Movements and its associated ministries. This document addresses the immediate and ongoing safety needs and health needs of the individual as well as legal and formal reporting.
